HELDER FAVARIN
Helder Favarin is an international leader, preacher, and Bible teacher born in Brazil, with over 16 years of experience in cross-cultural leadership. He currently serves as CEO of Community Bible Study and has ministered and lectured in Portuguese, Spanish, and English across various countries. Helder holds a Doctorate in Preaching from the Talbot School of Theology and a Master’s degree in Biblical Interpretation from the London School of Theology. His passion is helping people delve deeper into the Scriptures and live lives transformed by the Word of God.
CRISTIAN SANCHEZ
Cristian Sánchez Cejas—husband of Jennifer, father of Aldana, Agostina, and Ashlee, and grandfather of Aliana—is a pastor, missionary, and global mission leader born in Córdoba, Argentina. With decades of experience serving the Church, he has worked on the training, deployment, and mentoring of workers for the mission field. He is currently an ordained bishop in the Church of God, pastor of the Nuevo Comienzo Church in Wilmington, Delaware, and director of the missionary agency PMI (Pueblos en Misión Internacional). Cristian also serves as president of the Board of Directors of COMIBAM USA, contributing to the strengthening of the Latino missionary movement in the United States and other countries.
MOSES SALDIVAR
Moses serves as Director of Mobilization for Frontiers, where he leads initiatives to inspire, equip, and send the next generation of workers to the least-reached peoples of the Muslim world. With extensive experience in multicultural and diaspora church planting, he also coaches churches in developing a sending culture by applying global mission strategies in local contexts. Previously, he served as Director of Church Engagement for U.S. Latino churches and currently serves as a national instructor for Perspectives on the World Christian Movement. Together with his wife and their three children, he seeks to live out God's mission both locally and globally.
SUSY BROMMERS
Susy Brommers was born in Córdoba, Argentina, where she spent most of her childhood. After a semester of study at the National University of Córdoba, she came to the United States to study computer science and music at Biola University, graduating with honors. In 2010, she moved with her family to Dallas, Texas, where she taught Spanish and earned a Master’s degree in Education. Her last position before returning to Biola University was that of a secondary school principal. Throughout a long and varied career spanning both the business sector and the field of education, her passion has always been to share the joy of Jesus Christ with those around her. In her current role, Susy seeks to serve the Hispanic community by facilitating access to Talbot’s excellent theological education in Spanish.
STEPHANIE DE OLIVEIRA
Stephanie de Oliveira serves as the Senior Director of Church Relations at Wycliffe Bible Translators. From a young age, she sensed God's call to proclaim the gospel among the nations, and throughout her life, God has allowed her to live out that calling.
Born in the United States to Brazilian parents, Stephanie was deeply shaped by her local Latino church in Orlando, Florida, where she served for seven years as Missions Pastor. With a heart for the nations and a passion for the Church, she is dedicated to mobilizing pastors and church leaders to embrace the Great Commission and engage their congregations in the global work of Bible translation.
In addition to her role at Wycliffe, Stephanie serves as an adjunct professor in the Latino Studies program at her alma mater, Asbury Theological Seminary, where she earned dual master's degrees in Biblical Studies and Theological Studies. She also serves on the board of MIES Foundation.
Stephanie is married to her husband, Raul, and together they are raising three children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, discovering new places with her family, and baking sourdough bread, which she loves sharing with friends, neighbors, and her community.
DOUGLAS LIVINGSTON
​Douglas Livingston is a pastor, missionary, and missionary leader whose career has been defined by cross-cultural service and the strengthening of Latin American missionary cooperation. The son of missionaries, he grew up in Honduras and earned a Master’s degree in Theology from SETECA. After serving as a pastor in Honduras for seven years, he spent 13 years as a missionary in Albania alongside his wife, Gloria Gutiérrez, through the Cooperación Maya initiative. Douglas also served as president of Camino Global from 2012 to 2019, when the organization merged with Avánt Ministries. He currently serves as the Latin America Ambassador for Avánt Ministries, fostering missionary mobilization and collaboration throughout the region.
DAVID MONDUY
David Monduy is a Cuban-born pastor, missionary, and leader in missionary mobilization. He began his pastoral ministry in Havana at the age of 24, participating in a church-planting and missionary-training movement in partnership with other local churches. In 2009, he moved to the United States and founded ConPasion Internacional—now known as ID Global—a missionary agency dedicated to reaching indigenous communities in the Ecuadorian Amazon. He served for several years as pastor of Resgate Church in Hialeah, Florida.
RONALD LUNA
Ronald Luna was born in El Salvador and is married to Amaris, who is from Puerto Rico. They have been married since 2007 and are the proud parents of Josue and Sara.
With extensive pastoral and missions experience, Ronald served for seven years as the lead pastor of a Spanish-speaking church in Silver Spring. He currently leads initiatives focused on advancing the gospel both locally and globally through The Well Community Church.
Holding a PhD in Geography and serving as both a professor and pastor, Ronald has led mission teams to several countries, including Ecuador, Albania, Kenya, India, and Ukraine. His passion is to mobilize Christian professionals to engage in God’s mission among the nations and to inspire the next generation to live lives marked by faith, obedience, and commitment to the gospel.
DANIEL DIAZ
Rev. Daniel Díaz was born in Córdoba, Argentina, and has served in global missions for more than 30 years, ministering in over 40 countries. Since 2006, he has lived in Orlando, Florida, with his wife, Mary, and daughter, Mickaela.
He is the founder and president of DoulosGroup, a member of the COMIBAM USA Board of Directors, and a professor and consultant to churches, organizations, and businesses. He holds a master’s degree in Leadership and Missions and is passionate about equipping leaders, professionals, and businesspeople to participate in God’s global mission.
DELILAH BERRIOS
Delilah is married to Axel and is the mother of two wonderful Gen Zers. Born in Puerto Rico to a Salvadoran mother and Puerto Rican father, Delilah is a cross-cultural worker who serves as the Director of Mobilization and Candidacy at TMS Global. Along with her family, she served eight years in Spain, where they developed a ministry at a skatepark for at-risk youth, a refugee community center, and outreach to the Gypsy community.
She is passionate about mobilizing the next generation and considers herself a bridge builder - connecting people with opportunities to join Jesus in His mission. Delilah values being in community with people. In her spare time, she enjoys puzzles, scrapbooking, drawing, painting, and having good conversations over a good coffee!
JOEL CASTILLO
Joel Castillo serves the global missions movement as fractional CTO of Joshua Project and through Por Causa del Llamado, the pastors and young adult discipleship ministry he helps lead. He is also the founder of JBC Tech Solutions, which builds technology for churches, ministries and nonprofits - including the Arise Latino conference and COMIBAM USA's events platform. A second-generation Latino from New York City, he has 13+ years in technology and a master's in cybersecurity from NYU.
GERMÁN RICCA
German Ricca was born and raised in Córdoba, Argentina. At the age of 15, a life-changing encounter with Jesus transformed the direction of his life and eventually led him to a deep commitment to God’s mission.
In 2010 he launched Christ for the City, a ministry focused on urban missions in northern Argentina. Over the past 15 years, his ministry has expanded internationally as he has traveled to preach, teach, develop leaders, and inspire churches to engage more intentionally in global missions.
Today, German serves as an associate pastor at Harvest Church Omaha in Nebraska while also holding leadership roles within international ministry and mission mobilization organizations. He is a frequent speaker with a passion for seeing the Church equipped and actively involved in God’s mission around the world.
German is married to his sweetheart, Karina, and together they have two children, Fiorella and Giuliano.
RUDY GIRÓN
Rodolfo “Rudy” Girón, a native of Guatemala and a citizen of both the United States and Spain, is an architect, an ordained minister of the Church of God (Cleveland), and a leader with more than four decades of experience in ministry, theological education, and missions. He holds a Master of Divinity from the Pentecostal Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from Ashland Theological Seminary, with a specialization in missions and education. He is married to Alma Celada, and together they have shared much of their ministerial and missionary journey.
His ministry has been marked by extensive international involvement. He served as a member of the Executive Committee and later as president of COMIBAM International, as well as the founding executive director of COMHINA. Together with his wife, he served as a missionary in the former Soviet Union, where he founded the Eurasian Theological Seminary in Moscow and also served as Superintendent of the Church of God for the countries of the former Soviet Union and Mongolia. Later, they served for ten years in Spain, where he directed the Ibero-American Institute for Cross-Cultural Studies (IIbET), dedicated to training Ibero-American missionaries to serve in Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas.
Throughout his ministry, Girón has been a speaker in 64 countries and has contributed book chapters and articles on missiology in both English and Spanish. Since 2019, he has served as lead pastor of El Alfarero Ministries, a Hispanic Church of God congregation in Dallas, Texas, continuing a life dedicated to the church, leadership development, and the advancement of global mission.
