HELDER FAVARIN

Helder Favarin is an international leader, preacher, and Bible teacher born in Brazil, with over 16 years of experience in cross-cultural leadership. He currently serves as CEO of Community Bible Study and has ministered and lectured in Portuguese, Spanish, and English across various countries. Helder holds a Doctorate in Preaching from the Talbot School of Theology and a Master’s degree in Biblical Interpretation from the London School of Theology. His passion is helping people delve deeper into the Scriptures and live lives transformed by the Word of God.

CRISTIAN SANCHEZ

Cristian Sanchez Cejas is a pastor, missionary, and leader in missionary mobilization, originally from Córdoba, Argentina. With decades of experience serving the Church and global missions, he has been involved in the training, deployment, and support of missionaries in both Argentina and the United States. He is currently an ordained Bishop and the Director of Hispanic Missions and Evangelism for the Northeast Region of the Church of God; he also serves as pastor of New Beginning Church in Wilmington, Delaware, and as Director of the missionary agency PMI (Pueblos en Misión Internacional). Additionally, Cristian serves as Board President of COMIBAM USA, contributing to the strengthening of the Latino missionary movement in the United States and beyond.

MOSES SALDIVAR

Moses serves as Director of Mobilization for Frontiers, where he leads initiatives to inspire, equip, and send the next generation of workers to the least-reached peoples of the Muslim world. With extensive experience in multicultural and diaspora church planting, he also coaches churches in developing a sending culture by applying global mission strategies in local contexts. Previously, he served as Director of Church Engagement for U.S. Latino churches and currently serves as a national instructor for Perspectives on the World Christian Movement. Together with his wife and their three children, he seeks to live out God's mission both locally and globally.

DOUGLAS LIVINGSTON

​Douglas Livingston is a pastor, missionary, and missionary leader whose career has been defined by cross-cultural service and the strengthening of Latin American missionary cooperation. The son of missionaries, he grew up in Honduras and earned a Master’s degree in Theology from SETECA. After serving as a pastor in Honduras for seven years, he spent 13 years as a missionary in Albania alongside his wife, Gloria Gutiérrez, through the Cooperación Maya initiative. Douglas also served as president of Camino Global from 2012 to 2019, when the organization merged with Avánt Ministries. He currently serves as the Latin America Ambassador for Avánt Ministries, fostering missionary mobilization and collaboration throughout the region.

DAVID MONDUY

David Monduy is a Cuban-born pastor, missionary, and leader in missionary mobilization. He began his pastoral ministry in Havana at the age of 24, participating in a church-planting and missionary-training movement in partnership with other local churches. In 2009, he moved to the United States and founded ConPasion Internacional—now known as ID Global—a missionary agency dedicated to reaching indigenous communities in the Ecuadorian Amazon. He served for several years as pastor of Resgate Church in Hialeah, Florida.

RONALD LUNA

Ronald Luna was born in El Salvador and is married to Amaris, who is from Puerto Rico. They have been married since 2007 and are the proud parents of Josue and Sara.

With extensive pastoral and missions experience, Ronald served for seven years as the lead pastor of a Spanish-speaking church in Silver Spring. He currently leads initiatives focused on advancing the gospel both locally and globally through The Well Community Church.

Holding a PhD in Geography and serving as both a professor and pastor, Ronald has led mission teams to several countries, including Ecuador, Albania, Kenya, India, and Ukraine. His passion is to mobilize Christian professionals to engage in God’s mission among the nations and to inspire the next generation to live lives marked by faith, obedience, and commitment to the gospel.
